3. Still no action? A message on the actual birthday containing website links or directions to the nearest store for offline shopping.

4. If there’s no response on the big day, a follow-up two days later: “We understand birthdays can be busy. Don’t worry, the offer still stands.”

And the cycle continues till the birthday month ends.
